Colorado High School Soccer - Loveland nudges Mountain View
September 21, 2024: Loveland, CO 80538 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Loveland Red Wolves (Loveland, CO) and the visiting Mountain View Mountain Lions (Loveland, CO), saw Loveland's soccer squad hold off Mountain View by a count of 2-1.
The Red Wolves (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Brighton (Brighton, CO). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Brighton tipped Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Mountain Lions confront the Thompson Valley Eagles (Loveland, CO) in a 4A/3A Longs Peak battle, on Thursday, September 26. Mountain View will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 0-5 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to Windsor (Windsor, CO).
