Metro-East Lutheran Knights (Edwardsville, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Cahokia Comanches (Cahokia, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Metro-East Lutheran improves its record to 3-12 on the season. The Knights host Litchfield (Litchfield, IL) to face the Purple Panthers in a non-league test on Monday, September 23. The Purple Panthers go into the test with a record of 7-5. Litchfield won 2-0 in their recent league test against Greenville (Greenville, IL)

The Comanches now own a 0-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centralia for a South Seven test on Tuesday, September 24. Cahokia will face a Orphans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Massac County (Metropolis, IL). The Orphans record now stands at 10-7.
