With the win, Churchill improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Lancers host Thurston (Springfield, OR) to encounter the Colts in a 5A Midwestern battle on Monday, September 23. The Colts go into the battle with a record of 1-6.
The Mountain Lions now own a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sandy for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 21. McDaniel will encounter a Pioneers squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Clackamas (Clackamas, OR). The Pioneers record now stands at 6-2.
