September 21, 2024: Tacoma, WA 98445 The Spanaway Lake Sentinels volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Franklin Pierce Cardinals to 0 in the Sentinels non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Sentinels now have a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Kentlake for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Spanaway Lake will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Auburn Mountainview (Auburn, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, Franklin Pierce drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Clover Park (Lakewood, WA) to play the Timberwolves in a 2A South Puget Sound outing on Tuesday, September 24. The Timberwolves come into the outing with a record of 0-3.
