September 21, 2024: Lake Forest, IL 60045 Westinghouse Warriors (Chicago, IL) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Lake Forest Academy Caxys (Lake Forest, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Westinghouse advances its record to 7-4 on the season. The Warriors travel to DeKalb (DeKalb, IL) to face the Barbs in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Barbs go into the test with a record of 3-3. DeKalb won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Rockford Auburn (Rockford, IL)
The Caxys now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Round Lake for a non-league test on Monday, September 23. Lake Forest Academy will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Lakes (Lake Villa, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 0-10.
