September 21, 2024: Albany, OR 97321 The South Albany Redhawks volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Lincoln Cardinals to 0 in the Redhawks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Redhawks now possess a 10-0 record. They play next when they travel to Oregon City for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. South Albany will play a Pioneers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Tualatin (Tualatin, OR). The Pioneers record now stands at 7-2.
With the loss, Lincoln drops to 5-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Grant (Portland, OR) to play the Generals in a 6A Portland Interscholastic outing on Tuesday, September 24. The Generals come into the outing with a record of 10-4. Grant won 3-0 in their recent league outing against McDaniel (Portland, OR)
