New York High School Football - Birdlebough beat Jordan-Elbridge
September 22, 2023: Jordan, NY 13080 The Birdlebough Firebirds football squad scored 34 points and restricted the host Jordan-Elbridge Eagles to 20 in the Firebirds league victory on Friday.
The Firebirds now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lowville for a non-league battle on Friday, September 29. Birdlebough will play a Red Raiders squad coming off a 30-20 league loss to General Brown (Dexter, NY). The Red Raiders record now stands at 3-1.
Coming up next, the Eagles play the Hannibal Warriors (Hannibal, NY) in a Section 3 C/D challenge, on Saturday, September 30. Jordan-Elbridge will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 27-0 league loss to Port Byron (Port Byron, NY).
