Kentucky High School Football - Edmonson County knocked off by Clinton County
September 22, 2023: Albany, KY 42602 Clinton County Bulldogs (Albany, KY) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Edmonson County Wildcats (Brownsville, KY), 26-6 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Clinton County improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Green County (Greensburg, KY) to confront the Dragons in a 2A District 3 test on Thursday, September 28. The Dragons come into the test with a record of 5-1. Green County won 33-0 in their recent non-league test against Barren County (Glasgow, KY)
With the loss, Edmonson County drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Fort Campbell (Fort Campbell, KY) to confront the Falcons in a 2A District 2 test on Saturday, September 30. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 3-3. Fort Campbell won 53-6 in their recent non-league test against Fulton County (Hickman, KY)
