Franklin Flyers (Franklin, NE) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Shelton Bulldogs (Shelton, NE), 40-20 in a league test.

With the triumph, Franklin improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Flyers host Wilcox-Hildreth (Wilcox, NE) to confront the Falcons in a D6 District 3 (6 Man) test on Friday, September 29. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 3-1. Wilcox-Hildreth lost 28-22 in their recent league test against Sumner-Eddyville-Miller (Sumner, NE)

With the loss, Shelton drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Red Cloud (Red Cloud, NE) to confront the Warriors in a D6 District 3 (6 Man) test on Thursday, September 28. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 3-1. Red Cloud won 59-14 in their recent league test against Harvard (Harvard, NE)
