In Friday's non-league match, the host Harrison Central Red Rebels football squad scored a good 23-6 victory over the Mendenhall Tigers.

In their next game, the Red Rebels clash with the Meridian Wildcats (Meridian, MS) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 29. Harrison Central will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 32-6 non-league win over Callaway (Jackson, MS).
