Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Rio Linda Knights (Rio Linda, CA), 64-14 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Placer improves its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Hillmen travel to Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA) to battle the Bruins in a Foothill Valley test on Friday, September 29. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 2-3. Ponderosa lost 35-0 in their recent non-league test against Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA)

With the loss, Rio Linda drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Knights host Dixon (Dixon, CA) to battle the Rams in a Golden Empire League test on Friday, September 29. The Rams come into the test with a record of 0-5. Dixon lost 34-14 in their recent non-league test against Union Mine (El Dorado, CA)
