September 22, 2023: Chester, VT 05143 The Green Mountain Chieftains held off the visiting Leland & Gray Rebels soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Friday's non-league match.
The Chieftains now sport a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Twin Valley for a non-league match on Wednesday, September 27.
With the loss, Leland & Gray drops to 2-3 on the season. The Rebels travel to Bellows Falls (Bellows Falls, VT) to encounter the Terriers in a SVL-C match on Monday, October 2. The Terriers come into the match with a record of 0-4.
