September 22, 2025: Castle Rock, CO 80104 The Douglas County Huskies soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Smoky Hill Buffaloes to 1 in the Huskies non-league victory on Monday.
The Huskies now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Legend for a bout on Tuesday, September 23. Douglas County will play a Titans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Cherokee Trail (Aurora, CO). The Titans record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Smoky Hill drops to 0-2 on the year. The Buffaloes travel to Cherokee Trail (Aurora, CO) to encounter the Cougars in a bout on Monday, October 6. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 5-3.
