Illinois High School Flag Football - Oswego East tops Downers Grove North
September 22, 2025: Downers Grove, IL 60515 The Oswego East Wolves flag football squad scored 31 points and limited the host Downers Grove North Trojans to 0 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wolves now hold a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Yorkville for a test on Wednesday, September 24. Oswego East will meet a Foxes squad coming off a 14-12 non-league win over Naperville Central (Naperville, IL). The Foxes record now stands at 12-2.
With the defeat, Downers Grove North drops to 2-9 on the campaign. The Trojans host Lyons (LaGrange, IL) to face the Lions in a challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 12-1. Lyons won 38-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL)
