California High School Flag Football - Liberty holds off Foothill
September 22, 2025: Brentwood, CA 94513 The Liberty Lions (Brentwood, CA) flag football tipped the visiting Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA), 19-12 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Lions now sport a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Antioch for a outing on Wednesday, September 24. Liberty will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 19-15 non-league win over Emerald (Dublin, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-5.
With the defeat, Foothill drops to 6-5 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Livermore (Livermore, CA) to battle the Cowboys in a game on Tuesday, September 23. The Cowboys enter the game with a record of 5-7. Livermore lost 26-0 in their recent non-league game against Heritage (Brentwood, CA)
