In Monday's non-league test, the Roswell Hornets (Roswell, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting St. Francis Knights (Alpharetta, GA), by a tally of 11-5.

Next, the Hornets face the Johns Creek Gladiators (Johns Creek, GA) in a 5A Region 7 contest, on Wednesday, September 24. Roswell will attempt to improve on its 11-5 season record. The Gladiators enter the contest with a 9-14 record after their 8-7 league loss to Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA).
