Fans at Monday's league contest between the Eastern Hancock Royals (Charlottesville, IN) and the host Cowan Blackhawks (Muncie, IN), observed Eastern Hancock's volleyball team top Cowan by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Eastern Hancock improves its record to 20-4 on the season. The Royals host Daleville (Daleville, IN) to encounter the Broncos in a Mid-Eastern battle on Tuesday, September 30. The Broncos go into the battle with a record of 13-7.

The Blackhawks now own a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union for a Mid-Eastern challenge on Wednesday, September 24. Cowan will meet a Rockets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Randolph Southern (Lynn, IN). The Rockets record now stands at 1-8.
