Linton-Stockton Miners (Linton, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Linton-Stockton improves its record to 16-5 on the season. The Miners host North Knox (Bicknell, IN) to meet the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 1-17. North Knox lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against South Spencer (Rockport, IN)

Next, the Thunderbirds meet the Hutsonville/Palestine Tigers (Palestine, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 27. North Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-15 season record.
