The Fort Bend Travis Tigers (Richmond, TX) football routed the host Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX), 68-0 in Thursday's league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers face the George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 bout, on Friday, October 1. Fort Bend Travis will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Longhorns enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 35-14 league win over Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX).
