September 23, 2022: Cicero, IL 60804 The Berwyn/Cicero Morton Mustangs football team (Cicero, IL), was knocked off 27-17 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL)
The Hornets (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL). The Mustangs come into the West Suburban - Gold challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Downers Grove South knocked off Proviso East (Maywood, IL), 46-28, in a league challenge.
The Mustangs now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oak Park-River Forest for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 30. Berwyn/Cicero Morton will meet a Huskies team coming off a 22-19 league loss to Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 2-3.
