The Yellowjackets (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against McMinn Central (Englewood, TN). The Chargers come into the 3A Region 3 challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, McMinn Central was tipped by Meigs County (Decatur, TN), 20-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Cougars now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Clinton for a 5A Region 3 challenge on Thursday, September 29. Campbell County will meet a Dragons team coming off a 51-21 non-league win over Chattanooga Central (Harrison, TN). The Dragons record now stands at 4-2.
