The West Branch Warriors football team (Morrisdale, PA), was beaten 62-52 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Conemaugh Township Indians (Davidsville, PA)

The Indians (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Northern Bedford County (Loysburg, PA). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Northern Bedford County achieved victory over Tussey Mountain (Saxton, PA), 36-14, in a league challenge.

The Warriors now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Curwensville for a Inter-County challenge on Friday, September 30. West Branch will meet a Golden Tide team coming off a 33-13 league win over Everett (Everett, PA). The Golden Tide record now stands at 3-2.
