In Friday's league match, the visiting Nebraska Lutheran Knights football squad scored a good 44-34 victory over the High Plains Storm.

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Giltner Hornets (Giltner, NE) in a D2 District 5 (8 Man) match, on Friday, September 30. Nebraska Lutheran will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Hornets enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 46-6 league loss to Osceola (Osceola, NE).
