In Friday's league game, the Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI) football team knocked off the visiting Narragansett Mariners (Narragansett, RI), by a score of 25-6.

The Huskies (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Rogers (Newport, RI). The Vikings come into the Division III-B game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Rogers was dropped by Moses Brown (Providence, RI), 15-12, in a league game.

The Mariners now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host West Warwick for a Division III-B game on Friday, September 30. Narragansett will battle a Wizards team coming off a 19-7 league win over Pilgrim (Warwick, RI). The Wizards record now stands at 3-0.
