September 23, 2022: Southbridge, MA 01550 In Friday's non-league game, the Quaboag Regional Cougars (Warren, MA) football team smashed the host Southbridge Pioneers (Southbridge, MA), by a score of 41-0.
The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their game against North (Worcester, MA). The Polar Bears come into the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, North was ripped by Blackstone-Millville (Blackstone, MA), 44-12, in a non-league game.
The Pioneers now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burncoat for a non-league game on Saturday, October 1. Southbridge will battle a Patriots team coming off a 16-8 non-league loss to Sutton (Sutton, MA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-2.
