North Carolina High School Volleyball - Veritas Christian Academy over Challenger
September 23, 2022: Hickory, NC 28602 Veritas Christian Academy Warriors (Arden, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Challenger Firebirds (Hickory, NC), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Warriors clash with the Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy Crusaders (Lincolnton, NC) in a Western Piedmont Athletic match, on Monday, September 26. Veritas Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 12-0 season record.
With the loss, Challenger drops to 6-4 on the campaign. The Firebirds travel to The Master's Academy (Forest City, NC) to battle the Lions in a Western Piedmont Athletic contest on Tuesday, September 27. The Lions go into the contest with a record of 1-5. The Master's Academy lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC)
