September 23, 2023: Saugerties, NY 12477 The Saugerties Sawyers football squad scored 21 points and limited the visiting Liberty Indians to 7 in the Sawyers league win on Saturday.
The Sawyers now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Beacon for a Section 9 B-1 battle on Friday, September 29. Saugerties will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 31-16 non-league loss to O'Neill (Highland Falls, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-4.
