September 23, 2023: Westminster, CO 80021 In Saturday's non-league game, the Thomas Jefferson Spartans (Denver, CO) football team smashed the host Standley Lake Gators (Westminster, CO), by a final score of 65-20.
The Spartans (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Vista PEAK Prep (Aurora, CO). The Bison come into the game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Vista PEAK Prep overwhelmed Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO), 6-0, in a non-league game.
The Gators now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Golden for a non-league game on Saturday, October 7.
