Illinois High School Soccer - Urbana held off by Glenbard North
September 23, 2023: Urbana, IL 61801 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Glenbard North Panthers (Carol Stream, IL) and the host Urbana Tigers (Urbana, IL), saw Glenbard North's soccer squad get by Urbana by a margin of 5-4.
The Panthers now sport a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to St. Charles North for a DuKane test on Tuesday, September 26. Glenbard North will meet a North Stars squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Batavia (Batavia, IL). The North Stars record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Urbana drops to 5-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to Mahomet-Seymour (Mahomet, IL) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, September 25.
