Kentucky High School Volleyball - South Laurel edged by Grayson County
September 23, 2023: Leitchfield, KY 42754 The Grayson County Cougars held off the visiting South Laurel Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Cougars now have a 13-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monroe County for a non-league test on Saturday, September 23. Grayson County will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY). The Falcons record now stands at 11-6.
The Cardinals (8-16) will now prepare for their test against Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY). The Comets enter the non-league test with a 8-13 record. In their last test, Carlisle County held off Fulton County (Hickman, KY), 3-0, in a league test.
