September 23, 2023: Sheridan, AR 72150 The Sheridan Yellowjackets (Sheridan, AR) volleyball tipped the visiting Pottsville Apaches (Pottsville, AR), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Sheridan upgrades its record to 17-1 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Central Arkansas Christian (North Little Rock, AR) to play the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 23. The Mustangs go into the outing with a record of 9-4. Central Arkansas Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Palestine-Wheatley (Palestine, AR)
The Apaches now own a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to Heber Springs for a 4A Central outing on Tuesday, September 26. Pottsville will play a Panthers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Rose Bud (Rose Bud, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 7-4.
