September 23, 2024: Holland, PA 18966 The Upper Dublin Cardinals football squad scored 12 points and limited the host Council Rock South Golden Hawks to 6 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cardinals now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Harry S. Truman for a non-league test on Monday, September 30. Upper Dublin will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 22-8 non-league loss to Council Rock North (Newtown, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Council Rock South drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Golden hawks host Bensalem (Bensalem, PA) to meet the Fighting Owls in a non-league test on Monday, September 30. The Fighting Owls come into the test with a record of 1-1.
