West Virginia High School Football - Fort Hill thwarted by Musselman
September 23, 2024: Inwood, WV 25428 Musselman Applemen (Inwood, WV) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Fort Hill Sentinels (Cumberland, MD), 22-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Musselman improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Applemen travel to Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV) to play the Eagles in a non-league battle on Monday, October 14. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 1-2.
The Sentinels now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Mountain Ridge for a non-league battle on Monday, October 7. Fort Hill will play a Miners team coming off a 14-12 non-league win over Frederick (Frederick, MD). The Miners record now stands at 3-1.
