With the win, Heritage Academy advances its record to 2-8 on the season. The Heroes host Phoenix Country Day (Paradise Valley, AZ) to face the Eagles in a 2A - Valley test on Thursday, September 26. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 8-3. Phoenix Country Day won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Rancho Solano Prep (Scottsdale, AZ)
The HORNETS now sport a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glendale Prep Academy for a 2A - West test on Tuesday, September 24. Highland Prep West will face a Griffins squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Scottsdale Preparatory Academy (Scottsdale, AZ). The Griffins record now stands at 1-7.
