Louisiana High School Volleyball - Hammond bounced by University Lab
September 23, 2025: Hammond, LA 70401 University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Hammond Tornadoes (Hammond, LA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, University Lab improves its record to 12-0 on the season. The Cubs host Walker (Walker, LA) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 24. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 4-11. Walker won 3-2 in their recent league test against Prairieville (Prairieville, LA)
The Tornadoes now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Loranger for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 25. Hammond will meet a Wolves team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Independence (Independence, LA). The Wolves record now stands at 5-3.
