River Road Wildcats (Amarillo, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Sanford-Fritch Eagles (Fritch, TX), 41-13 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, River Road improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to West Texas (Stinnett, TX) to confront the Comanches in a non-league test on Friday, October 1. The Comanches come into the test with a record of 0-4. West Texas lost 47-24 in their recent non-league test against Sunray (Sunray, TX)

With the loss, Sanford-Fritch drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host West Texas (Stinnett, TX) to confront the Comanches in a 2A-1 Region I District 1 test on Friday, October 8. The Comanches come into the test with a record of 0-4.
