South Dakota High School Volleyball - Canistota edged by Alcester-Hudson
September 24, 2022: Canistota, SD 57012 The Alcester-Hudson Cubs held off the host Canistota Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Cubs now have a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winner for a non-league test on Saturday, September 24. Alcester-Hudson will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Parkston (Parkston, SD). The Warriors record now stands at 3-9.
The Hawks (6-13) will now prepare for their test against Hitchcock-Tulare (Hitchcock, SD). The Patriots enter the non-league test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, Hitchcock-Tulare held off Iroquois/Lake Preston (Iroquois, SD), 3-2, in a non-league test.
