September 24, 2022: Fremont, CA 94536 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons (Oakland, CA) and the host Washington Huskies (Fremont, CA), saw Bishop O'Dowd's volleyball squad beat Washington by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Bishop O'Dowd upgrades its record to 17-5 on the year. The Dragons travel to Skyline (Oakland, CA) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Skyline won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Coliseum College Prep Academy (Oakland, CA)
The Huskies now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Newark Memorial for a Mission Valley bout on Tuesday, September 27. Washington will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to James Logan (Union City, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 7-8.
