California High School Volleyball - Harbor Teacher can't hold off Maywood Academy
September 24, 2022: Wilmington, CA 90744 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Maywood Academy Nighthawks volleyball team scored a tight 1-0 triumph over the Harbor Teacher Monarchs.
The Nighthawks (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against Maywood CES (Maywood, CA). The Wolfpack come into the Southern battle with a 1-14 record. In their last battle, Maywood CES was edged by Robert F. Kennedy Community (Los Angeles, CA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Monarchs clash with the Animo South Los Angeles Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) in a Imperial battle, on Tuesday, September 27. Harbor Teacher will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 1-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Inglewood (Inglewood, CA).
