The Prospect Panthers held off the visiting Pacific Grove Breakers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Panthers now have a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westmont for a non-league test on Saturday, September 24. Prospect will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Prospect (Saratoga, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-3.

The Breakers (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA). The Mustangs enter the Pacific Coast - Mission test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Monte Vista Christian was nudged by Prospect (Saratoga, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
