With the win, Torres upgrades its record to 3-8 on the year. The Toros host Elizabeth (Cudahy, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a Southern bout on Tuesday, September 27. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Elizabeth lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against University Prep Value (Los Angeles, CA)
The Falcons now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to Dr. Maya Angelou Community for a Exposition bout on Tuesday, September 27. Santee will play a Phoenix squad coming off a 3-0 league win over West Adams (Los Angeles, CA). The Phoenix record now stands at 4-2.
