September 24, 2024: Rio Rancho, NM 87124 Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Rio Rancho improves its record to 6-2 on the season. The Rams travel to Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM) to encounter the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, October 4. The Knights go into the test with a record of 2-1.
The Chargers now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Volcano Vista for a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. Albuquerque Academy will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks record now stands at 6-1.
