Ohio High School Soccer - West Branch knocks off Carrollton
September 24, 2024: Carrollton, OH 44615 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the West Branch Warriors (Beloit, OH) and the host Carrollton Warriors (Carrollton, OH), saw West Branch's soccer squad triumph over Carrollton by a count of 8-1.
The Warriors (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Salem (Salem, OH). The Quakers enter the Northeastern Buckeye battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Salem tipped Marlington (Alliance, OH), 1-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Warriors battle the Crestview Rebels (Columbiana, OH) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 26. Carrollton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Rebels enter the battle with a 6-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Liberty (Youngstown, OH).
