September 24, 2024: Bushland, TX 79012 Bushland Falcons (Bushland, TX) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Liberty Patriots (Lubbock, TX), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bushland advances its record to 31-4 on the season. The Falcons host Dimmitt (Dimmitt, TX) to face the Bobcats in a 3A Region I District 1 test on Saturday, September 28. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 1-14. Dimmitt lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Sanford-Fritch (Fritch, TX)
The Patriots now sport a 24-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Snyder for a 4A Region I District 5 test on Friday, September 27. Liberty will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Coahoma (Coahoma, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 13-11.
