September 24, 2024: Wilmington, DE 19801 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the St. Andrew's Cardinals (Middletown, DE) and the host Howard Wildcats (Wilmington, DE), observed St. Andrew's's volleyball team top Howard by a count of 3-0.
The Cardinals (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Tatnall (Wilmington, DE). The Hornets enter the Independent - DISC contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Tatnall was knocked off by Sanford (Hockessin, DE), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Wildcats battle the Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE) in a Blue Hen - Flight B contest, on Wednesday, October 2. Howard will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record.
