September 24, 2025: Madison, VA 22727 The Madison County Mountaineers football squad scored 38 points and limited the visiting Monticello Mustangs to 6 in the Mountaineers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
In their next game, the Mountaineers battle the Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, October 1. Madison County will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Blue Streaks enter the game with a 0-4 record after their 48-0 non-league loss to East Rockingham (Elkton, VA).
