September 24, 2025: Lenoir, NC 28645 Elkin Buckin' Elks (Elkin, NC) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Hibriten Panthers (Lenoir, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Elkin advances its record to 8-7 on the season. The Buckin' Elks host Wilkes Central (Wilkesboro, NC) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 5-12. Wilkes Central lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against North Wilkes (Hays, NC)
The Panthers now sport a 1-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chase for a non-league test on Thursday, September 25.
