Maryland High School Soccer - Chesapeake knocks off Meade
September 24, 2025: Pasadena, MD 21122 Chesapeake Cougars (Pasadena, MD) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Chesapeake moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Glen Burnie (Glen Burnie, MD) to clash with the Gophers in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. The Gophers come into the test with a record of 3-1. Glen Burnie 0-0 in their recent league test against Meade (Fort Meade, MD)
The Mustangs now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glen Burnie for a Anne Arundel County test on Thursday, September 25. Meade will confront a Gophers squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Southern (Harwood, MD). The Gophers record now stands at 3-1.
