Washington High School Volleyball - Bellingham bounced by Lynden
September 24, 2025: Lynden, WA 98264 Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bellingham Bayhawks (Bellingham, WA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Lynden improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Mt. Baker (Deming, WA) to encounter the Mountaineers in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test on Monday, September 29. The Mountaineers go into the test with a record of 0-4. Mt. Baker lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Burlington-Edison (Burlington, WA)
The Bayhawks now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Harbor for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test on Tuesday, September 30. Bellingham will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Ferndale (Ferndale, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-5.
