The Griswold Wolverines volleyball squad (Griswold, CT), dropped 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT)

With the win, Ledyard improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Colonels travel to New London (New London, CT) to encounter the Whalers in a non-league battle on Monday, September 29. The Whalers go into the battle with a record of 0-2.

The Wolverines now own a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wheeler for a Eastern Connecticut - Small contest on Friday, September 26. Griswold will battle a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Montville (Oakdale, CT). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.
